Harold Ray Williams was born on 06/27/1950 and passed away on 12/11/2023 in Arizona City, AZ. He was the oldest of seven children born to Lloyd and Hazel (Shubert) Williams. Born and raised in West Plains MO, the family moved to New Richland MN when Harold was in High School. Harold graduated from New Richland-Hartland High School in 1969.
In 1969, he married Linda (Stange) Williams. The couple had two children: Brian and Angie. Raising their family in Owatonna, MN, the couple later divorced. In 2001 Harold married Roberta (Bartsch) Williams. The couple remained married until Roberta's death in early 2022. He and Roberta remained in the Owatonna MN area before moving to Arizona City AZ about 15 years ago.
Harold worked as an electrical engineer at OTC, General Equipment, Von-Ruden Mfg. which was later acquired by Washington Scientific Industries. Harold touched many, many people with his knowledge about so many things and he passed his knowledge down to many people! Everything from manufacturing equipment, machining, fixing Harley-Davidson motorcycles, guns, cooking, etc Harold purchased his first Harley-Davidson motorcycle in 1973 and continued riding Harley's up until about 10 years ago. Harold could always be seen riding his full dresser Harley-Davidson motorcycle wherever he went!
Harold is survived by his son: Brian and (Jennifer) Williams of Surprise, AZ. Daughter: Angie (Williams) Zilm of Waseca, MN. Stepchildren: Jennie Bartsch of Arizona City, AZ and Kellie Sell of Owatonna, MN. Three grandchildren: Kiley (Andy) Hage, Arianna Zilm, and Cade Meyer. Three step grandchildren: Lilly Westerman, Grant Bartsch, and Dakota Sell. One great granddaughter, Lainey Hage who he was extremely proud of!
He is proceeded in death by his parents, infant brother Ronnie, and his wife, Roberta Williams.
Celebration of life arrangements are pending.
