Harold Wayne Woolman, 83, went to be with the Lord April 25, 2024, in Indianapolis. He was born September 6, 1940, in Shelby County, Indiana to parents Hershel Albert & Mary Elizabeth (Jenkins) Woolman.
Harold worked for Eli Lilly as a supervisor for over 35 years. He also served in the Army National Guard, was a chef at Ft Knox, and served as a reserve police officer for Indianapolis Metro Police Department in the 1980s. He also volunteered during race month at the Indy 500 for several years, well into retirement.
He is survived by his daughters Lisa Federman and Cynthia Snyder; brother Stephen (Sue) Woolman; sisters Patricia Comstock and Cheryl (Steve) Bolt; grandchildren Brandy Snyder, Desiree Snyder, Kelli Federman, Brian Federman, and Gina Royce; great-granddaughters Lylith and Mikaya; and his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law Bud Comstock.
