Harriet Dugan passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 10 at Jefferson Place.

She was born on June 27, 1942 to Thomas Bernard and Ida Virginia Kennedy Dugan at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital in Louisville, KY. She attended Holy Name School and Ursuline

Academy. Harriet worked at Consolidated Sales Company and Consolidated Oil company, as well as Bethel Christian and Middletown Christian churches.

Harriet was an amazing caregiver for so many, including her 12 nieces and nephews, 19 great nieces and nephews, and 5 great-great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 1

niece.

She was also a caregiver for many other people, most of whom found out about Harriet through word of mouth. She set the example of what it means to "do unto others." No one cared

more for others (human and feline) than Harriet. We often said, "Everyone needs an Aunt Harriet!"

Harriet is survived by her sisters, Pat Tischendorf and Mary Helen Becker, both of Louisville, and her brother, Brian Dugan (Helen) of Lexington, along with the aforementioned nieces and nephews

A private burial was held per her wishes. Expression of sympathy

may be made to Alley Cat Advocates in Louisville
