Harriet Howard Obituary
GLENVILLE - Harriet "Hank Ward" Howard, 97, passed away peacefully on September 7, 2025.
A calling period for Hank will be held on September 25, 2025, from 11:30 a.m. to noon, at the Burnt Hills United Methodist Church, 816 Rt. 50, Burnt Hills, N.Y. 12027. A funeral service will follow at the church at noon. Interment will take place at the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.

To Herschel Jr. Paul, Hollis Clay and William and the Grandchildren and Great Grand Children of Hersch and Harriet (Hank) Howard. Our condolences to a wonderful family we have known and loved for five decades. Hank was the Grand Matriarch that loved and nurtured them all and a entrepreneur that created a successful business that three of her children carried on after she retired . We enjoyed many social evenings and events with Hersch and Hank both in New York and in Florida. My wife Millie bonded with Hank and they had fun together , One night in Florida we were watching the Christmas boat parade from the top of the St. Pete Pier and the Ladies room had a long line so they took turns entering the Men's Restroom while the other guarded the door. We had a good laugh over it. Hersch and I played many a round of golf with Abe Leon and John Slivka . I miss them all. I am grateful that I had a long conversation with Hank after her operation and we recalled good times together and the long period that our families loved and enjoyed one another .
