Harriet Gertrude Riddle, 84, of Colorado Springs, Colorado passed away on October 31, 2023.
She was born November 9, 1938 to Fredrick and Viva Lindsley in Denver, Colorado. Harriet went to High School in Doniphan, Missouri and Graduated in 1956.
She grew up and lived mostly in Colorado and New Mexico, where she gained a love for archeology, genealogy and history in general.
She was a small business owner in Grand Junction, Colorado for many years before finally retiring in Canon City, Colorado and then Colorado Springs.
Harriet enjoyed reading, keeping up with current events, learning about history, and spending time with her family - especially her grandsons!
She is survived by her son, Steve (Robin) Bredl of Colorado Springs, Colorado; grandsons, Terran (Dana) Bredl, Tyler Bredl, and Nathan Bredl; her sister, Phyllis; and brother, Stan of Scottsbluff, NE.
The family wants to extend their gratitude to Abode Hospice and to the ViewPointe Care staff for taking care of and loving our mom. Thank you.
