My sincere condolences and prayers go to the Bassinder family. Harry will be missed by all of his line dancing friends. I always loved sharing a joke with him while he attended to the coffee pot. RIP Harry

Harry was fun to talk to. We would share a laugh when we were out dancing. He will be missed.

My sincere sympathy to Delores and the Bassinder family. I only knew Harry through country line dancing at Brick P.A.L. but he was very warm and friendly. When I was new to line dancing, he always had words of praise and encouragement.

Colonial Funeral Home, 2170 Hwy.88, Brick, NJ

Harry George Bassinder, Sr., 82 of Brick, passed away Tuesday April 21, 2020 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick, after a courageous battle with complications of Covid. 

He was born in Mt. Vernon, Ohio and lived in Brick for 65 years.

Harry served in the United States Air Force, active duty, for five years .  He owned Bass Electric, Brick, until he retired ten years ago.  He loved his hobbies of country dancing, trains and collecting.

Surviving is his wife Jenny Delores Corallo; his daughter Debra Bassinder Moreto and her husband Joseph of Jackson;  and three sons Harry G. Bassinder, Jr., of Howell; Kenneth J. Bassinder , and Kevin J. Bassinder of Brick as well as many Bassinder cousins in Ocean County.

Cremation will be private.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.  Colonial Funeral Home, 2170 Hwy.88, Brick is in charge of arrangements.
