Harry Wayne Hose Sr.

Harry Wayne Hose, Sr. passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 66. He was born on Monday, August 1, 1955 in Miami, Florida to the late Audry Alexander Hose and the late Robert Ray Hose, Sr. He was a resident of Amite, Louisiana. Harry was an outdoorsman from the very beginning. Our very own Mountain Man! He's always had a love for hunting, fishing, camping, throwing knives, shooting guns and riding his Harley on the open road. He restored cars and had a huge green thumb and loved to cook. He was always up for a good time, loved to laugh and was as real as it got. His big smile would light any room he walked into. Anyone who truly knew him knew he had a big heart and he loved his family…especially his grand babies. Dad, you loved and were loved in return. We will miss you so. Harry is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Keetah and William Hightower; son, Harry Hose, Jr.; 4 grandchildren, Jaiden, Braelyn, Evy, and Audrey; and brother and sister-in-law, John and Joyce Hose. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Ray Hose, Sr.; mother, Audry Alexander; brother, Bobby Hose. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond, 2000 N. Morrison Boulevard, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Saturday, April 16, 2022, beginning at 11:00 AM until the funeral service begins at 2:00 PM.
