Ann, you and the family have my deepest sympathy. Hootie was always there for me as a friend and optical advisor. He convinced me to wear my first "toric" contact lens and was always a phone call away when I had a "vision" crisis. I think I even made a panicked home visit one evening back in the eighties when I was out to dinner in Mt. P. I lost my contact in one eye and thought it had gone to the back and that I would probably need surgery to retrieve it. I´ll miss his jovial laugh, sense of humor, and conversations. You, Todd, and all those who loved him will be in my thoughts and prayers. Donna Dawson Hethington
