Wichita, Kansas - Harry Noetzel was born January 18, 1950, to Harry and Sylvia (Supolik) Noetzel in Chicago, Illinois. He died unexpectedly on Sunday, January 29, 2023.
Harry moved to Wichita, KS in 1968 to attend college. He was a graduate of Newman University. He loved to hunt, especially waterfowl, and was a life sponsor of Ducks Unlimited. He was an avid fan of the Chicago Bears and Wichita State Shockers. He retired from Southwestern Bell/ATT in 2014.
Harry is preceded by his parents and step-son, Jeffrey Epley. He is survived by wife, Judy Noetzel; daughter, Nicole Robben, Mt. Hope, KS; step-children, Julie Atlee of Wichita, Janise Eck of Valley Center, KS, Janell Smarsh of Wichita; siblings, Dr. Robert Noetzel of Orland Park, IL, Dr. Carol Mishoulam of Schereville, IN, and Darlene Warnois of Plant City, FL; grandchildren, Katie, Kody, and Kellie Atlee, Cole, Clayton, and Courtney Epley, Paige, Abby, and Chloe Eck, Morgan Smarsh, Noah and Stetson Robben; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday, February 3, 2023, at Downing & Lahey West Mortuary; Rosary, 10:30 am, Funeral Mass at 11:00 am, both on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.

Judy and family, I went to school with Harry, Hung out with him and Bill Zervos @ 105th and Springfield, and Sylvia and my mother sang together in the Choir at Queen of Martyrs for many years. I am sorry for your loss.
