Harvey Arthur Carrow

Harvey A. Carrow 73, of Smyrna DE, passed away on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at his home, with his family by his side.
Harvey was born on December 12, 1951, the son of the late Harvey and Mildred Carrow. Harvey was a truck driver for Solid Walls and a lifetime livestock dealer frequenting sales at New Holland, Aberdeen, Vintage, Cowtown, and Dills.
In his free time he loved being on his farm with all his animals and spending all his time with his children and grandchildren (and he had an extended brood). He could be found each summer riding around the fair rooting on his grandchildren or in the woods every winter, with his sons and grandsons hunting and telling tall tales.
In addition to his parents, Harvey was proceeded in death by his wife of 43 years Sharon Carrow, his daughter Tammy Lynn Munson, as well as his sister Charlene Hurd.
Harvey is survived by his sons Harvey W. Carrow (Kim), Eric A. Carrow (Angie) and his daughter Alesha M. Carrow (Sheldon).
Harvey took great pride in his grandchildren, Kayla Boyles (Kenny), Emily Davis (Tyler), Amber Carrow (Justin), Mikey Carrow (Megan), Jeremy Carrow (Kayley), Bryce Carrow, Landon Powell, and Raelynn Powell.
Harvey loved his 12 great grandchildren dearly, Charlie, Liam, Scarlett, Savannah, Jaxson, Taryn, Cash, Tessa, Beau, Easton, Walker and Keaton.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 from 9 to 11 AM in the Faries Funeral Chapel, located at 29 S. Main Street in Smyrna. Funeral services will begin at 11 AM. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Smyrna.
