Harvey E. Renadette, passed away on December 28, 2024 at the age of 78. He was born on December 15th, 1946 in Plattsburgh, New York. He taught-7th grade math while residing in upper state New York. In the late1970's. Harvey moved to the metro Phoenix area and became an an employee of the federal government. Harvey worked for the Internal Revenue Service managing a group of about 20 in the case processingarea. Harvey loved music and dancing, playing cards, bowling and shooting pool, working crossword puzzles, and also loved to make furniture. Harvey loved animals, especially cats and dogs. He was raised on a farm and his loveof animals started there and continued through the rest of his life. in retirement, Harvey volunteered in Animal Rescue, and worked from home dog sitting for vacationing clients, and helping his wife as they groomed dogs together.Harvey was very devoted to his wife and his Catholic faith. Those family and his Catholic faith. Thosewere the two great loves of his life. Harvey's prior devotion to thisfaith led him to come a Lector, Eucharistist Minister and mentor tocouples preparing for marriage. He found those things extremelyrewarding. Harvey is survived by his wife, of 33 years, Donna (Dee) Renadette and his sonTodd Renadette and daughter Alicia Renadette. Harvey was a man of strong morals. He was honest man with a strong integrity and a compassion for helping others.Harvey was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 2020. In August of2023, unable to walk, he entered American Orchards Senior Living Community.His resided there until his recent death. His wife was by his side. An intimate ceremony will be held at Red Mountain Funeral Home inMesa, AZ to include a recitation of the Rosary of our Blessed Mother.A luncheon will follow and be served at a restaurant following the short ceremony
