Hattie Rush Obituary
She attended Riverside High School in Pendleton, SC. After graduation, she moved to Brooklyn, NY. She was a dedicated worker in the home health field for over 30 years. She was married to the late Medford Rush for 34 years.
She leaves to mourn her passing, children, Randino (Valerie) Brown of Seneca, SC and Abena Rush of Brooklyn, NY; a sister, Anne Knox of Anderson, SC; grandchildren, Adriana Brown and Shakeem Brown; great-grandchildren, Queen, Aiden and Dillon; and a host of relatives and close friends.
The funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, August 29, 2022 at Mtn. Spring Baptist Church. The interment will follow at Memory Gardens. Public viewing will be held on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

I went to Keowee Dialysis with Ms Hattie for as long as she had been going there and always brightened everyone's morning with a loud "Good Morning Everybody" and goodbye as she was leaving. She always gave me the lovingest hard time joking back and forth! I loved & will always love that sweet lady! My thoughts and prayers are with you, the family during this extremely difficult time. May God bless you all and give you the strength & peace you need..
