Hayden Gage Knab, age 19, of Akron, passed away peacefully on March 26, 2025.

He was born on June 26, 2005 in Buffalo, the son of the late William Knab (2018) and Rachel (Caruso) Eddy.

Hayden was a protector and his favorite quote was "nothing thicker than blood" referring to how deeply he cared about his family. He loved and was extremely proud of his brother, Daniel .

Hayden enjoyed working out and riding motorcycles. He was a former player for the Akron town football and soccer leagues and had aspirations of becoming a nurse or dentist in the future. Hayden also had a compassion for helping children with disabilities and special needs.

Surviving is his mother, Rachel Eddy; stepfather, Michael Eddy; brother Daniel Santos; grandparents, Dennis Knab, Michele Bromstead, Darlene Knab, David Gustufson and Lucinda Doherty: aunts and uncles, Matthew Knab, Audrey Rose Saviola, Annica Gustufson and Lisa Merrulla ; as well as great aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends who he considered family.

Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, April 4, 2025 from 2:00 pm to 3:00pm at Marley Funeral Home, 135 Main Street, Attica. Hayden's memorial service will immediately follow at 3:00pm.
