Hazel Anndora Lambert

Hazel Anndora Lambert, 2 months, passed away Thursday, February 19, 2026 at Paulding County Hospital.

She was born December 2, 2025 in Defiance to Dillon and Juliana Lambert of Melrose.

Other survivors include a brother, Coleson Lambert, at home; grandparents: Philip (Melissa) Lambert of Grover Hill and Nancy Langmeyer of Antwerp; great-grandparents: Ancil (Tammy) Stolling of Harts, WV, Carol Lambert of Paulding, John Mosier of Antwerp and Cheryl Doster of Paulding; aunts and uncles: Klaudia (Justin) Neer of Paulding, Valarie Sneed of Grover Hill, Natalie (James) Bruce of Montpelier, Lucas Langmeyer of Antwerp and Jarrod (Alisa) Mosier of Montpelier; and cousins: Isabella, Gabrella, Elijah and Amiya.

Hazel was preceded in death by great-grandparents: Lonnie Lambert, Hazel Elkins, Teresa Mosier and Don Doster.

Hazel was the happiest baby ever. She loved to snuggle, watch TV, and when her big brother would play peekaboo with her, she'd get the biggest smile. You were our bae bae and will always be our bae bae.

Funeral service for our Ohio family will begin at 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at Heitmeyer Funeral Home, Oakwood with Paul Lambert officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service Wednesday.

Funeral service for our West Virginia family will begin at 3:30 p.m., Friday, February 27, 2026 at Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV with Page Freeman officiating. Burial will follow in Elkins Family Cemetery, Ranger, WV. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until time of service Friday.

Freeman Funeral Home in Chapmanville will be assisting the family in West Virginia.
