Hazel Williamson, age 86, of English, IN passed away at Todd Dickey Nursing Home in Leavenworth, IN on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.

She was born on July 29, 1939, in Marengo, IN to Henry Austin and Maggie (Sprinkle) Townley.

Hazel graduated from the Marengo High School in 1957. She worked in Orleans at the Travelers Factory for many years. She also was a part of a dairy farm operation for 33 years. Hazel enjoyed cooking, gardening, working in her flowers, participating in church activities and spending time with her family. She was member of the Highfill Chapel General Baptist Church for over 50 years.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Harry Lee Williamson, her parents, Henry Austin and Maggie Townley, a brother, Henry Townley and a sister, Helen Walton.

Hazel is survived by a son, Larry Wiliiamson of English and a daughter, Pamela (Mike) Huddleston of English.

Visitation will be Friday, December 5, 2025, at Denbo Funeral Home in English, IN from 4 PM until 8 PM EST. Visitation will also be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 10 AM until the service time of 11 AM EST.

Bro. Carl Totten will officiate the service.

Burial will follow in the Highfill Chapel Cemetery in Taswell, IN.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Highfill Chapel Cemetery.
