This past weekend I attended a GoRuck endurance event where each of us brought a bio of someone to honor, so that we could all learn from each other about our fallen. I chose SWO CPO Heath M. Robinson and we were all inspired by his ultimate sacrifice. Rest in Peace.

I'm a few days late lighting this candle in memory of Heath M. Robinson. A year ago yesterday I was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Throughout this roller coaster of a journey,this brave warrior was my guardian angel through it all. I swam the frogman swim in Heath's memory in 2016. The plaque I received from the frogman swim (with Heath's name and picture) now hangs in my office. Forever grateful for your bravery and wisdom each and every day.

On Sunday 1/17/2016 I will be participating in the Tampa Bay Frogman swim which is a 5k swim across Tampa Bay to benefit the Navy Seal Foundation. I was assigned Heath M. Robinson, to swim in his honor. I'm truly honored to swim in memory of his bravery and courage. " They swim for our freedom, we swim for their foundation "

Hi, my name is Carleigh Hulsey and I am a student at Winfield City High School. My government teacher has asked me to pick a person that has given their life for this country. I picked Mr. Robinson because I seen he lived in Detroit, Michigan and I have a lot of family members that live near Detroit. I am a senior this year and am really looking forward to attending college next year. I plan to be a pediatric nurse because I really love helping people, and I also enjoy working with children. I play the trumpet, and I'm in Color Guard. I enjoy doing community service and helping others.I really appreciate Mr. Robinson and the service he did so that we might continue to have the freedoms we have today. He gave the ultimate sacrifice and will never be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Again, thank you so much for everything. I met Heath briefly in the spring of 2010 at a PT seminar down in VB. He noticed my MSU shirt and we briefly talked and found out we both had something in common with Petoskey (of all places). His service and sacrifice will always be remembered and appreciated.

Heath, I never had the pleasure to meet you but my stepbrother Shawn Racignol talks about you all the time. I just wanted to say thank you for your service and that you and your family are in our prayers. Again thank you and may you rest in peace.

I went and saw that movie Captain Phillips two days ago. This is the movie about Navy Seals rescuing a cargo ship captain. I have been thinking about you a lot since. I hope all is well in God's kingdom, and I trust that it is. Also, I am tremendously proud that a fellow Michigander was serving in such an elite unit.

I bought a Killed in Action bracelet today with his name on it as a reminder to myself and those around me that your son's sacrifice will never be forgotten. I never knew your son, but I served in the Navy in my younger years. To the family and friends of Special Warfare Operator CPO (SEAL) Heath M. Robinson:
Remembering Heath on the anniversary of his passing. May our fallen heroes never be forgotten.

Today was one whole year since we lost this wonderful young man. I made a trip to Arlington National Cemetery today and placed a remembrance on his grave. I wanted the family to know that "I remember." There were many comrades in arms there today to visit their fallen friends. It was bittersweet. God bless you~~his family. Having no address, I could not send you the card I had to send. I pray for you and remember your loss.

On this day of the 1 Year anniverary , I wanted to remind your family that Heath's sacrifice Has not & Will not be forgotten by my family & I . This Country seems to forget how Lucky we are to have the caliber of people that it takes to do what these men & women do & the families that raise them . God Bless our troops & there familes .

Forever may you rest in peace. Thank you for your service and the ultimate sacrafice you have made for this country. God bless you and your family

The thing I remember most about Heath was how he stared directly into your eyes when talking to you.....never breaking eye contact. He was as determined as a teenager as he was fighting to protect all of us. Thank you, Heath, for protecting us. I will never forget. Part of you will live on.....my prayers are for your family.
