Heather and I lived together in Calgary for a year and I went to her wedding with Ray. Was even fortunate enough to visit them in the USA with my 3 children. We exchanged Xmas letters for so many years but I fell by the wayside in the last couple of years as I was travelling. I had no idea that she was ill and am so sad that I did not get to talk with her in her final year. I have a lot of wonderful and funny memories with Heather in her twenties, even though they were short. Condolences to Ray and all her family.
