Heather I. Johnson

Heather I. Johnson (Thielman), 87, of Manitowoc, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2024 at Angelus Senior Living, Manitowoc. 

She was born on January 2, 1937, daughter of the late Milton and Dorothy (Walters) Thielman. She was raised in Sheboygan, Wisconsin and graduated from Central High School.  

Heather went into the U.S. Navy in 1956. She was very proud of her military service. She raised her family in Pensacola, FL. After graduating from the University of West Florida, she started her career in IT at Monsanto. Her career of 17 years saw many changes in the IT industry. After retiring, she returned to the Sheboygan area to take care of her mother and enjoy her grandchildren. 

She is survived by her daughters, Denise (Jeff) Fritz and Dana (Dale) Wilson-Guillory; five grandchildren Heather (Nicholas) Kvithyll, Joseph (Ashley) Fritz, Connor (Casey) Wilson-Lum, Jacoby Wilson and Claire Wilson; GG to her three great-grandchildren Veronica Fritz, Phoebe Fritz and Cooper Kvithyll. 

Heather is preceded in death by her daughter Dawn Johnson and her parents Milton and Dorothy Thielman. 

As per her wishes, a private funeral and burial at Lutheran Cemetery, Sheboygan will take place.
