Heather M. Rakar

Heather Marie Rakar, 39, entered into rest peacefully at home, Monday, Sept. 6, 2021. Heather did not let her cardiac problems hold her back as she enjoyed life, the time she spent with her loving family and her employment as a credentialist. She is survived by her loving husband George E. Rakar III; her daughters, Veronica and Genevieve "Gigi"; her parents, Renee Lambert, John and Jean Schrier Janiec; and her brothers, Sean Janiec and John Janiec III. She is also survived by her parents-in law, George Rakar Jr. and Debra Bezak Rakar; and she will certainly be missed by Veronica Bezak (her beloved Aunt Bunny). Visitation with the family will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 10, 2021, at the JOHN D. O'CONNOR AND SON FUNERAL HOME INC., 5106 Second Ave., 15207, 412-521-8116, Patrick Vereb, supervisor, FD.
