She enjoyed arts and crafts.
She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur Wayne Bartlett, Sr.; son Jeffery Smith; parents Robert Harrison and Verna Helen (Stevens) Quesenbury.
Survivors include her sons Doug Bartlett and wife Maria of Higginsville, Missouri, Arthur Wayne Bartlett, Jr. of Caddo, Oklahoma; daughters Terri Perry of Mead, Oklahoma, Sandra Winsor of Durant, Oklahoma, Sheila Smallwood of Kingman, Arizona; 12 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
