Helen Beard Obituary

Published by Legacy on Sep. 12, 2025.
Helen Louise Beard, fondly known as "Aunt Honey," passed away peacefully from respiratory failure on September 9, 2025, at HCA Hospital in Webster, Texas, at the age of 59. Born on February 10, 1966, in Mt. Gilead, Ohio, Helen was the beloved daughter of Catherine Beard and the late Larry Beard. She was the cherished sister of Angela Love and Larry Del Beard, as well as the sister-in-law of Mark Love. She was the treasured aunt to Noah and London Love. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Jacob and Bertha Pennypacker, as well as Herman and Gladys Beard.

A proud graduate of Meadowbrook High School in Byesville, Ohio, Helen forged a successful path in the cleaning industry, ultimately becoming the respected proprietor of Aggieland Commercial Cleaning in College Station, Texas. Her employees described her as the best and kindest boss, renowned for her patience and unwavering selflessness. Family and friends will remember Helen as the glue that held them together-her laughter, tenacity, and generosity a beacon to all who knew her.

Helen found joy in family gatherings, treasured the lives of her nephew, Noah Love, and niece, London Love, and found peace near the ocean waves. She was a dedicated member of Living Stones Church in Alvin, Texas, and was baptized at Brazos Fellowship in College Station, Texas, where she served warmly as a greeter.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, October 18, from 1:00–3:00 pm at the Brazos Fellowship Annex in College Station; casual dress is encouraged. As we mourn the loss of our precious daughter and sister, we find comfort in Lamentations 3:23: "…the Lord's mercies are new every morning." The family would like to thank everyone for their support, prayers, and love during this difficult time.
