She was born January 30, 1975, in Cincinnati, Ohio, a daughter of the late Melvin and Irene McLaughlin Dakin.
Cary enjoyed doing diamond artwork, shopping, going to yard sales, traveling, watching the sunset, fishing and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son Caleb Scottie Borger; one brother, Scottie Dakin and one sister, Lisa Dakin.
Cary is survived by one son, Todd Borger Jr.; two daughters, Ciara Borger of Tollesboro, Kentucky, Josie Borger of Vanceburg, Kentucky; 7 grandchildren, Jaycee, Braxton, Khloe, Bentley, Lukas, Kyson, Karmyn; two sisters, Billie Jo (Daniel) Boyer of Vanceburg, Kentucky, Kellita Jo Neal of Williamsburg, Ohio, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Friday, November 7, 2025 at Globe Family Funeral Chapel, 103 Dudley Avenue, Garrison, Kentucky, with Brother Travis Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in the Waring Cemetery in Garrison, Kentucky.
Friends may visit after 11 a.m., Friday, November 7, 2025, until the service hour at Globe Family Funeral Chapel.
Todd Borger Jr., Daniel Boyer, Junior Boyer, Anthony Boyer, Todd Borger Sr., Brett Noonan, Daniel Creech and Coy Hill will serve as pallbearers.
