She was born July 10, 1960, in Lewis County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Emeric Monroe and Amelia Louise Bear Dummitt.
Elizabeth enjoyed sewing, riding her scooter with her children and spending time with her family.
She is survived by two daughters, Lisa Bivens, Libby Ann Bivens Witten both of Garrison, Kentucky; 5 grandchildren, Tony Dale Zornes, Lathan Bivens, Izak Witten, Oddessa Bivens, Zara Abbie Bivens; two great-grandchildren, Liam Kennedy, Nevaeh Grace Bivens; three brothers, Clayton (Pansy) Dummitt, Phillip (Linda) Dummitt, Rocky (Sue) Dummitt all of Garrison, Kentucky; three sisters, Sue Horsley, Vickie (Kenny) Christy, all of Vanceburg, Kentucky, Glenna (Michael)Lehn of Quincy, Kentucky, along with many nieces and nephews who will sadly miss her.
Graveside services will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at Bear Cemetery on Tick Ridge, Garrison, Kentucky, with Brother Jerry Noel officiating.
Tony Dale Zornes, Izak Witten, Lathan Bivens, Adam Dummitt, Michael Pierce, Michael Edington, Zach Lehn and Teddy Bentley will serve as pallbearers.
