Helen Doran

Helen Doran (nee Bevidas), affectionately known as "Mommom", passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 19, 2025 at the age of 79. She is survived by her beloved Husband, Jim. She was the devoted mother of Jimmy, John (Beth), Karen (the late Kenneth Madeksiak), Chris (Denise), Christopher (Jess) and the late Bobby Doran. Helen is predeceased by her parents, Eleanor and Raymond Bevidas, and her brothers, Robert and Raymond Bevidas. She was the loving Mommom to Leighann (Alex), Megan (Nick), Alexa (Tommy), Amber, John and Christopher Jr. Helen was also a proud Mommom to her Great-Grandchildren Leighton, Kenlyn, Hazel, Owen, Lyla, Nolan and Maeve. Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing and Funeral, Monday, November 24, 2025 after 8 AM until 10:30 AM from the Rogers Funeral Home, Inc., 1426-30 South 3rd St., Philadelphia PA 19147 followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM from Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 1404 S. 3rd St., Philadelphia PA. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family request that a donation be made in Helen's name to Sacred Heart of Jesus Church.
