Helen Martin Glenn

Helen Martin Glenn, 94, passed away September 14, 2025. Helen was born February 3, 1931 at Loyal Oak, in Norton Township, Ohio to Ray Thomas Martin and Delena Hattie (Mathina) Martin. The family moved to Barberton, Ohio where Helen graduated from Barberton High School. She attended The Ohio State University, and later graduated from The English Nannies and Governess School on the campus of Case Western University.

Helen had thirty blessed years of family raising three wonderful children.

Helen was a Nanny for a family in Akron, Ohio and moved to Midland, Michigan where she was a Nanny for three DOW families. She appreciated the opportunity of serving with Youth With a Mission in Malasia, Hong Kong, Bangalore and Israel.

She believed that children are truly a gift from God.

Helen is survived by her daughter Beth Glenn of Richfield, Ohio, grandson Scott Vincent Guidotti of Oregon, granddaughter Victoria Martin Glenn Goeneweg (Nick), great granddaughters Kyla Judith and Maren Glenn Goeneweg of Camas, Oregon.

Helen was preceded in death by her children's father William Francis Glenn, son William Martin Glenn, and daughter Karen Glenn Guidotti.

Family graveside services will be held at a future date at Moore's Chapel Cemetery, 1605 North Hametown Road, Bath Township, OH 44210.
