Helen Kuhn Obituary

Helen Gross Kuhn
Helen Gross Kuhn, 93, of Wallingford, formerly of North Haven, passed away on December 25, 2024. She was predeceased by her husband of 58 years, John Kuhn. She was also predeceased by her son Robert Kuhn. Helen was the last surviving member of the Gross (Gruszcznski) Family Farm on Queach Rd. in Branford, CT. She was the sister to Stella, Sam, Charles, Casimir, Anna, Frank, Joseph, Alex, Walter and Jennie. Similar to many of her siblings, Helen enjoyed vegetable, fruit and flower gardening. In 1950, as a member of 4-H, she was awarded a gold watch for being the Connecticut state winner in the Home Grounds Improvement category. She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to go directly to St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish at St. Therese Church, 555 Middletown Avenue, North Haven to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, January 11th at 11:00 a.m. and are also invited to attend the committal service immediately following in All Saints Cemetery.
