Helen Kyle

Athens Helen Kyle, 90, of Athens, Ohio, passed away on November 1, 2025, after a brief illness at Kimes Nursing Home.

Helen was born July 11, 1935, in Meigs County, Ohio to the late Everett and Hazel Morris Meeks.

Besides Helen's parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Dean Kyle, brothers Paul

Meeks and Clair Meeks; sister Shirley Kyle; brother-in-law Ernest Kyle, and sisters-in-law Carolyn McGrath and Barbara Shaulis.

Helen is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Diana and Greg Pugh of Wellston, Ohio and a son

Kim Alan Kyle of Athens; grandsons Chad (Keisha) Pugh of Wellston and Will Kyle of Athens;

Great-grandson Kallen Pugh of Wellston; brother-in-law Bill (Maxine) Kyle of Athens; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Helen was a 1953 graduate of Shade High School. She was employed at Kyle Processing until she retired. She was a 4-H advisor along with her husband, attended the Albany Methodist Church

and was a member of the Athens Senior Citizens. Helen loved to garden and her Rat Terrier Dogs.

Visitation will be Saturday November 8, 2025, from 11 a.m., to 1 p.m. at Bigony-Jordan

Funeral Home in Albany, Ohio. Funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. With Pastor A.J. Bernard

Officiating. The Burial will follow in Burson Cemetery.
