Helen Lemieux Obituary
Helen D. ( Brouillette) Lemieux, 87, of Pawtucket, RI, passed away on Friday, December 5, 2025 at Cra-Mar Meadows in Hope, RI, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Henry J. Lemieux.
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Polidor and Emma (Vaudrier) Brouillette. She resided in Pawtucket for most of her life.
Mrs. Lemieux was employed as server for the Chelos Restaurant for over 25 years until her retirement.
Helen was a communicant of the St. Joseph Church, Pawtucket. She enjoyed playing BINGO, and was a dedicated and passionate New England Patriots and Boston Celtics fan.
She leaves her two daughters, Diane Lemieux and her companion Christopher Wiley of Coventry, and Deborah Tomlinson and her husband Matthew of North Providence; her two sons, Michael Lemieux and his wife Sylvia of East Greenwich, and Robert Lemieux and his wife Valentina of Greenville; her three grandchildren, Jalen, Isabella, and Luke; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Doris Lemieux.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Helen's Life Celebration to be held with Visiting Hours on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 from 8 AM to 10:15 AM in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road, Rt. 122, Cumberland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM in the St. Joseph Church, Walcott Street, Pawtucket. Burial will follow at the Mt. St. Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association of Rhode Island, 245 Waterman St #306, Providence, RI 02906 or to Meals on Wheels of RI, 70 Bath St, Providence, RI 02908.
