VALPARAISO, IN - Helen Marie Majewski (Drewno), 83 of Valparaiso, passed away peacefully on September, 28, 2023 with family by her side. She was born on December 14, 1939 in East Chicago, IN to John and Sophie Drewno. She graduated from TF North High School in Calumet City and retired from Inland Steel Co. An avid gardener, Helen most loved growing various vegetables and hostas. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Helen is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Ronald; son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Robin; grandchildren, Dana (Chris), Rachel (Cody) and Anthony; great-grandchildren: Emmalyn, Isabelle, Olivia and Jetta; brothers, Frank and Stan; sister, MaryAnne; sister-in-law, Phyllis; and nieces, Carol, Diane, and Joann. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, John and Sophie; brothers, Wally and John; sisters, Josephine Iwan, Sophie Rigowski, and Anna Bieda; and many nieces and nephews.

A private service will be held.
