Helen M. Palubinski, 92 of Hamburg, passed away Friday, April 11, 2025 at Cornerstone Living, New Tripoli. She was the wife of Albin T. Palubinki, who died August 16, 2016. They were married 61 years.
Born in McAdoo she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Frances Derendal. Helen was a devoted mother and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking, baking and watching the Phillies and Penn State Football. She was a member of St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Hamburg.
She is survived by her three sons: Thomas, husband of Lori (Reinhart) Palubinski, Hamburg; Kenneth Palubinski, Virginville and Craig Palubinski, husband of Kirsten(Dieck) Palubinski, Heathville,Va. Additional survivors include six grandchildren: Jamie, husband of Vanita Palubinski, Alexandria, Va; Christopher, husband of Emily Palubinski, Bethlehem; Steven, husband of Erin Palubinski, Springfield; Jared Palubinski, Hamburg,Tayler Palubinski, Auburn,Corey Palubinski, Memphis, TN and one great grandchild, Evelina Palubinski, Bethlehem. She is predeceased by four sisters: Mary Delash, Cecelia Yenchick, Frances Lechner,Theresa Shigo and one brother: Henry Derendal.
The family wishes to extend their sincere gratitude to the nurses and staff at Cornerstone Living for their kindness and care shown to Helen during her stay there.
A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary R.C. Church, Tilden Twp.. Burial will follow at St. John's Cemetery, Hamburg. Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., Hamburg is in charge of arrangements.
