In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George E. Schmiech, in 1975; her brothers, John (1965), Lawrence (2019), and Robert (2019); and her sister, Dorothy Klugh (2019). In addition, she is survived by her sister-in-law, Dolores Reilly of Apollo; numerous nieces and nephews; and several cousins. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, June 23, 2025, at BRADY-CURRAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES INC., 429 Franklin Ave., Vandergrift. Parting prayers of transfer will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 24, 2025, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at St. Gertrude Roman Catholic Church, 303 Franklin Ave., Vandergrift, with Father Alan N.
