I am sorry to hear of Helen's passing.. She was always good to us kids.. I feel I was around a lot.. lol.. She made a couple of my skating outfits and allowed me to join the family on vacations, square dancing and I always looked forward to heading to Hope to visit the Ziglers on a Friday night.. Sammy Terry was our thing.. Beth and I have been friends since we were young girls.. Helen and Bob treated me just like they did their own kids.. I have so many fond memories.. Prayers for comfort. I like to think her and Bob are reunited again... I always thought you kids were so blessed to have the parents you did.. Know I am thinking of each and everyone of you.. Beth I sent you a message on facebook.. Truly sorry I was not able to get to town to attend her funeral.

My name is Gayle. I am a friend of Beth. I met Helen many years ago but had the chance to actually get to know her after she came to live with Beth. She was an amazing lady. Easy to talk to, open minded, loved a joke, cooked awesome meals, such an accomplished seamstress ! A true fashionista, everything matching, shoes, belt, purse hat, etc. I once asked her if she was sure Beth was her daughter. HaHa. She will be missed. I'm happy to have had the chance to know her. May she rest in peace and tell everyone in heaven that we all said hi.
