Helen Teresa Stoddard

Helen Teresa Stoddard, age 83, of Muir, passed away on Monday, September 29, 2025. She was born on April 29, 1942, in St. Johns, Michigan, the daughter of Edgar and Julia (McKeone) Stoddard.

Helen attended St. John the Baptist Catholic School and graduated in 1960. She was a lifelong member of the church. Helen then worked at Chrysler, Carson City Hospital, RAVE, provided inhome health care and retired from Amway Corp. in 2007. She was a social person and enjoyed time with family and friends. She also enjoyed reading, music, bingo, playing cards, gardening, camping and traveling. She will be forever remembered for having coffee and visiting with family and friends.

She is survived by her children, Bruce Silvernail, Brenda Morofsky and Pam Silvernail; sister, Mary Caris; grandchildren, Aaron Silvernail, Ryan Silvernail, Brendan Silvernail, Jeremiah Morofsky, Chelsea Stiefel, Taylor Hugenot, Holden Silvernail, Heidi Silvernail, and great grandchildren, Lyam Silvernail, Ashlynn Warner, Remington Silvernail, Colson Silvernail and Audrey Stiefel.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Allen, Alton, Lester, Harold, Gerald, Eugene, Robert, Jack, Donald and Clarence; sisters, Patricia Osborne and Joanne Kimball and great granddaughter, Layla Silvernail.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 AM, Monday, October 13, 2025, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Hubbardston. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service, (10 AM-11AM).
