Helene Marie Hasenwinkle, age 98, passed away peacefully at her home on February 16, 2020. She was born September 17, 1921 to Franz and Maria Alber in Munich, Germany. She came to the United States in 1947. Helene was married to the love of her life, Clarence Hasenwinkle, on July 26, 1959. They, along with their three children, moved to Washington and settled in Bothell for the last 44 years. Helene will be remembered for her infectious smile. She loved to dance and listen to her favorite music, including Tom Jones, Elvis, and her German Music. Helene is survived by her husband Clarence of Bothell, Son Norman (Britt) Hasenwinkle of Aurora Colorado; Gail McRae of Bothell; and son Rudy (Sharilynn) Hasenwinkle of Rochester WA. She is also survived by many Grandchildren and Great Grand Children. Helene will forever be in our hearts.

I miss you more everyday mom you were my best friend and such an amazing mom, Grandma and Great Grandma. I miss everything about you your strength and how wise you were. Always there for me when I needed anything. I love you your daughter.
