Henderson Bivens Obituary
September 11, 1946 - October 18, 2025
Henderson L. Bivens, Jr., aka "Goose" or "Shag," passed away October 18, 2025. He was born in Richmond, Virginia, to Mary E. and Henderson L. Bivens, Sr. on September 11, 1946. He graduated from Patrick Henry High School in 1966 and went into the U.S. Army, as he was happy to proclaim he had his 21st birthday in Vietnam.
A celebration of life will be held 5 p.m., Sunday, November 23, 2025, at FBC Ashland, 800 Thompson St., Ashland, VA 23005. The family requests that guests wear jeans. Online tributes may be posted at www.vincentfh.com.

Henderson would made a special trip to come over to see Angel.He love to play with her and he love when Angel give him kisses. He is a great friend. Miss him.
