A man of many talents, Henry Buffington Jr., 70, of Gainesville, Georgia passed away on October 3, 2023.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 7, 2023 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home, with visitation from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
He enjoyed watching sports on television and he was a devoted Atlanta Falcon's football fan, working in his yard and long drives.
He was married to Mary Ann Buffington, the love of his life and best friend. Their love for each other was an inspiration to all they knew and met. Henry touched the lives of so many and will be greatly missed.
Henry is preceded in death by his mom, dad and brother.
He is survived by spouse, Mary Ann Buffington; son, Antonio Buffington; step-son, Billy ( Candace) Davenport; grandchildren, Paige Buffington, Antonio Buffington Jr., Casma Buffington, Damon Buffington, and Jazmin Buffington; sisters, Linda ( Donnie) Lyles, Carolyn Buffington and Ann Lois ( Robert) Bronner; special cousin, Adele Hawk; special friend, Tim Burton; five great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews.
Memorial Park Funeral Home, 2030 Memorial Park Road, Gainesville, GA 30504 is in charge of arrangements.
