Henry F. Ebbighausen III

Ft Myers, FL- Henry F. "Hank" Ebbighausen, III of South Cleveland Ave. in Ft Myers, formerly of Brattleboro died unexpectedly Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at his home. Hank was born in Brattleboro on August 20, 1965 the son of Henry and Judith (Goodenough) Ebbighausen, Jr. He was raised and educated in Brattleboro graduating from Brattleboro Union High School, Class of 1983. At the time of his passing he had been employed at Cruisers Car Wash in Ft. Myers. Previously he had been employed as a truck driver for several Brattleboro area businesses. Hank enjoyed motorcycle riding hunting, fishing, rock music and time shared with his family. He especially cherished his beloved pet dog "Kya" who he leaves behind. Survivors include his parents of Brattleboro, three brothers, Greg Ebbighausen and wife Christy of Milton, FL, Rodney Ebbighausen and fiancée Lynn of Hinsdale and Randal Ebbighausen of Kodiak, AK, one sister Laurie Ebbighausen and her partner Tracy of Pflugerville, TX. Additionally he leaves several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a lifelong close friend Keith Thomas. Graveside committal services will be conducted Sunday at 2:00 P.M. in Christ Church Cemetery in Algiers with Mr. Walter Roberts officiating.
