Henry Gauthier Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Henry Gauthier, a longtime resident of Fernandina Beach, FL, on September 7, 2025. Henry was a proud graduate of Fernandina Beach High School, Class of 1974. He was known for his dedication to the community, having worked as an Activities Director at Amelia Island Care Center, a cook at local restaurants, and a custodian for Nassau County Schools until his retirement. Henry was also an active member of the Crew Social Club and expressed his love through cooking and sharing music as a local DJ.
He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and the community. Funeral arrangements will take place at Oxley-Heard at Saturday, September 20th. Family and Friends Fellowship will be held from 12pm-1pm. The public Memorial Service will take place at 1pm.
