Henry Lincoln Obituary

Henry A. Lincoln Jr.
Henry A. Lincoln Jr., born January 29, 1934 in Midland, Michigan, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2025. He was the eldest of three sons born to Henry A. Lincoln Sr. and Josephine M. (Kiley) Lincoln.
Henry attended Freeland High School and graduated from Midland High School. He enlisted in the United States Army, where he served honorably until his discharge in 1955. He dedicated over 25 years of service to Tri-City Plastics and was a proud volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, where he was recognized with a Years of Service Award for his commitment and mentorship.
Henry cherished the Lord, his family, and his friends. He found joy in the outdoors-especially hunting, fishing, and spending time with his beloved dogs.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Russell A. Lincoln, and Lynn J. Lincoln.
Henry is survived by his nieces; Tammy Hermansen (Mark), Karen Vanderlin (Mark), Debi Horswill (the late Mark), and Brenda Boucher (Mark), devoted cousins Larry and Judy Lincoln and many more, a special friend, Robin, and his "little brothers" Mike McCoy and August Lacrosse, whom he mentored with great care and affection.
A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, October 16, 2025 from Aldersgate Church. His family will receive friends at the church on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of service. All of us at Ware Smith Woolever are honored the Lincoln family has entrusted us with the care of their loved one.

Yesterday

I am sorry to hear of Mr. Lincoln's passing. He worked with my father, Virgil LaVier, for many years at Tri-City Plastics and he was often at our home, and we went to his more than once. I always loved his name.
