He is survived by his spouse Diane Maxey; daughters Heather Martin (Nate), Ashley Jolly (Shaun), and Lauren Pace (Cody); 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; sisters Patricia Grace, Susan Upton, and Tina Baird and many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Pete and Margaret (Sherrod) Maxey and sister, Stephanie Davidson.
A celebration of life will be held on a to-be-determined date.

Henry was best friends with my brother Brett. He has picked on me like a little sister for years. He will be so missed!

Always there for his kiddos and grandson , and my kids as well . He was always up with a big cup of coffee making sure the kids had good mornings before school . playing in his truck helped them burn off some
Energy before bus pick up - my boys loved him . Henry was a good man. And the Keough boys and myself Included were
Fortunate enough to have crossed his path . My sincere Condolences to the entire family !

So many awesome, hilarious, and loving memories of many years at FedEx with Henry! He was the best boss I ever had but more importantly he was like the dad I never had! He watched out for me and several of my closest friends and I will always be grateful i was able to be in his presence! Fly high and save my place. It´s not goodbye, It´s til I see you again. Love you Henry
