I remember Mr. Mcelroy from McCann Elementary School. He was the kindest man and would help you with any thing. Then my Niece, Lori, married his son, Roger and have always been able to keep up with his life. Just wish I could have spent some time with him. Went to school with his daughter, Pam,from third grade all the way to high school. God rest your soul till we meet again.

Dad in law (Mr. McElroy), thank you for always loving me as a daughter. thank you for always being there. I thank you for your sense of humor always doing stuff to make me laugh. You were the best father in law. you will be inour hearts always. I love you.

Daddy, I am so thankful and proud to have had you for a father. You set an amazing example for me and my friends. You were loved by all. I have been blessed to share you with others, from the kids, parents and teachers at McCann Elementary School, to Sedona, Arizona, and then to McMinnville TN. I am blessed also that you were able to spend the last three years of your life at my home. Your great grand kids absolutely adored you. Since Monday night there has been a much brighter star shining in the heavens. We will all see you again some day and look forward to the reunion! Love you bunches....your loving daughter Pam

So sorry for your loss Pam & Roger ,Never new him but always heard good stuff about him .He sure is going to be missed by everyone that new him .God just receive another angel !My prayers go out to your mom as well .You all will be in my thoughts and prayers !

i have a hole in my soul with your passing dad.you were the best father a person could have.As i think back on my childhood i am flooded with great memories of all the things i was blessed with.The greatedt blessing was having you as my father.You never gave up on me ,no matter how far i had strayed you were allways there with a loving hug and kind words.One of the best memories i have is from the summer of 1989 when you happily acepted my request to preform my marriage ceramony to lori.I wish everyone could have there best man be the minister preforming there marriage vows.I will honor and cherish your memory for the rest of my earthly life looking forward to the day when i join you in everlasting life.The world is surly a darker place with your passing,taking comfort that heaven has gained a bright shining star that will shine forever.Rest in peace dad ,see you soon .your loving son Roger.
