Henry Albert Sanders Jr.

Henry Albert Sanders Jr., age 53, of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away on June 11, 2024. Born on January 9, 1971, to Henry A. Sanders Sr. and Cheryl Lynn Wallace, Henry was a beloved figure in his family and community.

Henry was the cherished husband of Christina Y. Sanders and a devoted father to Henry A. Sanders, Matthew Sanders (Celeste), Ashley N. Sanders (Winston), and Jacob Ubienski. He was a loving grandfather to his treasured grandchildren: Jowel (JoJo), Amiyah (Maj), Alivia (Bibb), Josiah (Siah), Aliyah (LeeLee), Alyanna (Aly Baly), Matthew Jr. (MJ), Miya, and Kevin.

He will be dearly missed by his siblings Mary M. Clute, Clifford E. Sanders, Darrell W. Watkins, and Cheryl L. Kase (Jessi). Henry also considered Lydia and Bob Coleman, along with their children Dave (Starlet), Danny, Kathy (Dan), Debbie (Miguel), and Bobby (Candice), as his extended family. His pets—Tiny, Thor, Lucy, and Kitty—were also a significant part of his life, providing him with companionship and joy.

Henry found great joy in simple pleasures. Sundays were often spent on the couch, surrounded by family, especially his beloved grandbabies. He had a passion for car shows, gun shows, hunting, and road trips, hobbies that allowed him to explore his interests and create lasting memories with those he loved.
