Ahh Hank, you and Elaine were such a wonderful neighbors, impeccable groundskeeper around your home next to ours, beloved figure to my girls and tag sale treasurer finder extraordinaire! Elaine will be so happy to have you close again, to dote on you and fix a fine meal. We are not surprised Celeste that you were helpful to him, as you were another fine neighbor on that short block.
