Survivors: he is survived by his nieces and nephews, Patrick, Michael, Dawn, Stephen, Tara; many great nieces and nephews, and many cousins especially Jody Higgins who was instrumental in his care and Dr. Celeste Saunders who was a close family friend and assisted in his care.
Services: Henry will be laid to rest along with his wife, Elaine, at St. Gertrude's Cemetery in Colonia NJ, on Monday, October 28, 2024 at 11AM. Arrangements are entrusted to James Funeral Home, Bethlehem

Ahh Hank, you and Elaine were such a wonderful neighbors, impeccable groundskeeper around your home next to ours, beloved figure to my girls and tag sale treasurer finder extraordinaire! Elaine will be so happy to have you close again, to dote on you and fix a fine meal. We are not surprised Celeste that you were helpful to him, as you were another fine neighbor on that short block. Henry, you have made your final flight into the wild blue yonder´s. You are now relieved from your post. We all are grateful for your stepping up to the plate when your country needed you the most. A job well done fellow war veteran. America thanks you for your service to our country in the defense of freedom. The final bugle has sounded and taps is about to sound ending a successful career as a nation´s defender. Have a smooth flight.
