Herbert Bishop Obituary
Herbert Lewis Bishop Jr., age 52, passed away on December 16, 2025 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born on September 18, 1971 to Herbert Lewis Bishop Sr. and Cathy Jo Lenard.
Herbert proudly worked as a diesel mechanic, a profession he truly loved. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing and working on cars-interests that reflected both his patience and his passion for craftsmanship. Herbert had a generous and caring spirit; he was always willing to listen and never hesitated to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He will be remembered as a devoted son and a loving brother whose kindness touched many lives.
Herbert is survived by his step mother, Mildred Janie Bishop; two sisters, Rebecca Moore and Randa Newman; three brothers, Kenneth Bishop, Albert Bishop, Shawn Wood; three aunts, Imagene Molina, Nancy Smith, Peggy Lenard; one Uncle, Randy Lenard; as well as several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in passing by his parents, Herbert Lewis Bishop Sr. and Cathy Jo Lenard; as well as two sisters, Delana Bishop and Janie Lynn Brown.
Cremation is under the care of River Glenn Cremation and Funeral Services.
