Herbert "Herb" Collins

Myra and Leilani, I'm so sorry for your loss! I remember sitting in OES when I was Electa and Herb was Chaplain. I'd sit there making funny faces at him during the meetings trying to crack him up. And the year OES and Assembly #95 had the fireworks booth in the Safeway parking lot. We had so much fun together! He was a very kind man to me; I know he'll be missed. Ellen Greitzer-Jones
