From 1st grade until Weston summer job for the school system during college, I spent innumerable hours in the classroom or athletic fields with Chip. I'll always remember his smiling, friendly face. He stood out in every way. My sincerest condolences to his entire family.

I feel like I spent half a lifetime with this guy! A frequent visitor to our home in the basement lifting with brothers, socializing at the kitchen counter, Beach Boys at BC, and so many of our close, small town activities... proms, parties, the traditional Halloween back yard gathering with his Dad serving hotdogs and cocoa. A talented guy on so many levels. Musical, gifted athlete, passionate boater, loved to laugh, and a very kind heart. So happy I had a lengthy conversation with him just a few months ago, catching up and chatting about happy times we all had together during our halcyon years in Weston.

I was a Weston classmate of Chip's from elementary school to WHS. He took a big bite of the apple, and then some, and he was only a kid. His was an extraordinary "YES" to life. I recall his Dad's funeral at the First Baptist Church of Weston. It was a celebration of his life, and that he was now with the Lord. I understood none of it. I was sad, as Mr. Davis died far too young, like Chip. And yet, oh how they lived. Fond memories too of the night Chip and I lost a battle to a banister. Peace to the Davis family - warm regards, Jack Crane

Chip was always the big, athletic handsome guy in our WHS class and a free spirit with much joy to share amongst his friends. I remember Coach Hill in 6th grade saying "Chip could run High School track right now" and we all believed it. I also remember watching home movies his proud dad took of the WJHS football team, and yes those multiple football TVs on in the den on Sundays. The backyard Halloween cookouts were stuff of legend and of course there was a special boat trip up North I fondly remember and stopping at McDonald´s on the way back, which was a novel experience at that time. Rest in peace Chip.

We are shocked and so sorry at the passing of our friend, Chip. We shared many many happy memories from our high school years in Weston. Water-skiing in NH, Halloween hotdogs, Sunday football games with 2 TV's, we could go on and on.

Chip was the most optimistic person we have ever known! He was loyal to his family and friends and will be surely missed. I am proud to be his friend and my condolences go out to his entire family.

My condolences for the family's loss of Chip. Chip was the definition of a large person living large!!!! He always went all in on anything he would do. His positive attitude was infectious on anything from our days playing sports together back in middle school until a recent meet-up in Florida. I am so grateful to have known Chip as the friend he was. Please accept our thoughts and prayers, Tom & Wendy Morganstern
