Marshall was a fantastic coworker. Fun to work with, good problem solver and always kind to passengers and fellow employees. A TLH frequent flyer that always kept one foot in Georgia. Rest in peace.

Marshall was such a joy to work with at MIAFTO. He always kept his "cool" no matter how difficult the passenger, and treated all his coworkers with great respect.
