Herbert J. Nolden Jr., 82, of Fairview Heights, IL, born Monday, August 3, 1942, in East St. Louis, IL, passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2025, surrounded by loved ones at his residence in Fairview Heights, IL.

Herbert worked as an HVAC technician and was known for being Mr. Fix-It. He enjoyed spending time playing cards and games with his family and friends. As an animal lover, he handed out treats to the neighborhood dogs, kept birdfeeders filled and hummingbirds fed. He was a member of the Belleville/Swansea Moose Lodge #1221, a member of the Belleville P.S.O.P., and a proud U.S. Army and National Guard veteran.

He was preceded in death by his:

Brother, Thomas E. Nolden

Surviving are his:

Wife, Sharon L., nee Irvin, Nolden of Fairview Heights, IL
