The life and legacy of Mr. Herbert R. Rodgers will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Thursday, March 12, 2026 in the Rose Chapel of Mabrie Mortuary. A Visitation will begin one hour prior.
Final Salute will be held at Houston National Cemetery at 12:45 PM.
